Red Room, the brainchild of the team behind Coffee MCO, sheds its daytime skin each Thursday through Saturday, transforming into a vibrant destination for natural wines, craft beers, and Korean-inspired California cuisine.
The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Yoon Sung, marries traditional Korean flavors with California's bounty of fresh, seasonal ingredients, with dishes like Potato Jeon Tots, Bulgogi Smashburger Sliders, and braised Sardine Jorim. The wine list, which rotates monthly, offers a selection of domestic and international natural wines and craft beers sourced from small-scale wineries and under-the-radar labels.
